Boot Camp-Kick Boxing-Cross Training-Shred-Zumba-Senior Strength Training
Here at Cali Form Fitness we offer group Boot Camp Fitness classes every Monday-Saturday. All programing offers a variety of equipment such as: dumbbells, barbells, kettle bells, resistance machines and bands to achieve a well executed full body workout.
Cardio Kick Boxing features martial arts technique that will build your stamina, coordination, and increase strength as you build lean muscle. Try our Full Body Shred, this class is programed for Intense cardio & strength training using free weights and kettle bells. Be ready for intense workouts that focus on gaining lean muscle mass while losing body fat.
Check out Zumba Remix and join Latin-inspired dance class while getting a fun aerobic workout. Movements engage your quadriceps, hamstrings, calves, and glutes. In our Senior Strength Training class we program movements performed in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, & pushing.
Junior Strength Training, offered Winter, Spring, and Summer break. This class is designed to improve a young athlete's performance. Focusing on improving coordination, & social-emotional skills , using correct form, while strength building safely to prevent injury. Also...3 days a week we offer Strength & Mobility HOT Detox, a low-impact workout focusing on core strength, flexibility & improving posture. Concentrated movements on center core, mobility & deep breathing in a Heated-Humidity controlled space for additional detoxification. All classes are co-ed and great for all ability levels.
Zumba & Senior Strength Training classes are included at no additional charge with 24/7 Gym Membership!

Elevate your fitness! In our 465 5th Ave. Back Studio. Now offering Strength & Mobility and Full Body Shred Heat/Humidity Detox! Strength & Mobility class offers a full body, low impact workout. Bring a yoga mat and towel. (Workout Space will be heated up to 85 degrees with added 40% humidity). Prepare to SWEAT!!
