Hello Everyone!
Mark your calendars!
We would like to invite you to a Complimentary informational Nutrition class this March 9th at 8:30am to kick off a healthy eating lifestyle. Our Certified Nutritionist & Personal Trainer Brian Frontella is happy to address any of your nutrition, supplement, and natural body building questions. If you have any questions on how to bulk up, slim down, what percentage of carbs, fats, or protein to include in your daily diet please come join us to get your nutritional questions answered. You are also welcome to email us here if you are inquiring about a specific topic or have any questions for Brian before class.
Healthy refreshments will be provided and protein snacks. We will also have many recipes to share!

Spring Break NEWS!
We would like to wish you a great time with your families! During the week of April 1st-April 5th 2024 we will only be offering Boot Camp and Cross Training class. ZUMBA, Cardio Kick Boxing, and Cardio Tap will not be available. All class will resume April 8, 2024. For all updates view calendar on site or on your Wodify App.
